DPS Solution Pool Partnership Agreement
The Solution Pool is not to be utilized as a staffing pool and does not act as a staffing agency / service. Assignment requests will be reviewed on a daily basis however if more information is needed, you may be required to participate in the Wednesday morning executive team meeting to provide greater detail before your assignment is approved. The intent for the Solution Pool is to provide department coverage during:
- FMLA and LOA
- Gaps in employment due to resignations or terminations
- Special Projects
- New Clinic Set Up
If your assignment is not approved, you will be notified at that time. If you wish to cancel your request prior to Executive review, please send notification immediately to solution.
Online Time Entry System
Solution Pool employees will enter time worked through DPS WebCenter. All other time management issues will be reported to DPS and the Department Manager including vacation requests, call offs, and late calls.
Solution Pool employees will have knowledge, understanding and application of best practices, proficiency in the use of implemented software programs, workflows and policies at the System and HMSPG, and HMPCG levels. Requesting department should provide general orientation to department, training on workflows and best practices for the department and training on any additional software.
If non-pool staff is requested, please note they may not have access to EPIC and they will not have pool staff training. (EPIC and pool shadow training)
