If a Pool Employee is running late or has an emergency it is their responsibility to contact a member of Dean’s Professional Services AND the Site Manager.
If a pool staff employee is on an assignment, the employee must submit a Time Off Request form and wait for approval before taking any time off. A DPS Representative will contact you for approval before the request is granted.
Please contact Dean’s Professional Services and let us know, so that we can account for the overtime appropriately. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The solution pool team members have been through extensive Athena and Houston Methodist training. They are prepared to float through any requesting department. All Solution Pool team members have access to a Houston Methodist Email, MARS, and Athena through their own personal log in.
DPS does provide non-pool staffing. Please be sure to let the staffing team know that you are requesting staff outside of the pool. Please note, all requests for non-pool staff must be submitted to TMHPO for approval before requesting through DPS.
Please complete a request to hire form. Once the form has been completed, a notification will go to TMHPO to start the conversion process, which includes an official conversion letter and confirmation for the contracted rate.
You can download a “WebCenter How-To”. All DPS Solution Pool employees are required to submit their time by 8pm Saturday following the workweek. A notification will be sent to the approving manager when the time has been submitted. Timesheet approvals are due at 12pm, the following Monday morning.
